Clear scope. One-off payment.
These terms describe what is being purchased, when an order is accepted, and what each side needs to provide.
Effective and last updated: 26 July 2026Agreement and order acceptance
These terms apply to one-off LeadPilot Creator Desk orders. By submitting an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 and able to enter into a contract. A submitted brief is an order request. It is accepted after payment is matched, the brief is usable, and scope is confirmed. If a paid order cannot be accepted, it will be refunded.
Nothing here removes a consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Products and revisions
- Hook Pack: 10 hooks for one agreed niche, topic, and platform, with one revision.
- Post Pack: one 30-second script, shot plan, caption, call to action, and three title options.
- Motion Short: one short vertical MP4 within the specifications confirmed for the order, with one revision.
- One revision means one consolidated set of reasonable changes within the original brief. A new topic, platform, duration, format, or direction is new scope.
Prices and UPI payment
Prices are shown in Indian rupees for one-off products; there is no subscription or recurring debit. The current manual payment method is UPI to cdahiya@ybl. Pay only after the website creates an LP order reference, and verify the payee, amount, and order reference in your own UPI app.
Payment is confirmed only after the credit is matched in the beneficiary account. A screenshot alone is not proof of settlement. A transaction reference, date, and amount may be requested, but never a UPI PIN, OTP, password, or banking login. If a payment is pending, check its final status before paying again.
Production and delivery
Work begins after payment is confirmed and a usable brief is available. The 60-minute Hook Pack statement is a target for an eligible confirmed order, not a 24-hour availability guarantee. The applicable estimate is confirmed for each accepted order and pauses while required clarification or assets are outstanding.
Delivery is normally sent to the order email or through a customer-specific link. The customer is responsible for providing a working email, checking spam folders, reviewing the work before publication, and downloading files during any stated availability period.
Customer responsibilities
You must provide a lawful and accurate brief and hold the rights needed for names, logos, images, music, footage, trademarks, and other supplied material. You are responsible for factual, legal, and platform-policy review before publishing.
Requests that are unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, deceptive, exploitative, sexually abusive, unsafe, or intended to impersonate a real person without permission may be refused or cancelled.
Rights in the work
You keep rights you already hold in supplied material and permit its limited use to fulfil and support the order. After full payment, you receive a worldwide, non-exclusive right to use, edit, reproduce, and publish the final paid deliverable for your own personal or business content.
Reusable software, animation systems, templates, production methods, general know-how, third-party licensed assets, and unused drafts remain with their existing owners. Short phrases, formats, and AI-assisted outputs can independently resemble existing material, so absolute uniqueness, copyright registration, or trademark availability is not promised.
No outcome guarantee
The purchase is a creative deliverable, not a guaranteed business result. Views, followers, leads, sales, ad approval, ranking, platform monetisation, or acceptance by any third-party platform are not guaranteed. Content is not legal, medical, financial, or other regulated professional advice.
Questions and disputes
These terms are governed by Indian law while preserving any court, consumer commission, or other forum available under applicable law. Please email the order reference and requested resolution so the issue can first be investigated directly.
